CARDIO-KICKBOXING

Note age/belt requirements for some classes: 

Ages Taught: 15 years and up.

Emphasis: Cardio Kick Boxing training, body sculpting and flexibility.

Class Structure: Work the entire body in one hour with 30 minutes cardio, learning kicking and punching routines followed by free weights, floor work and incredible dynamic stretching. Class suitable for all bodies as modifications can be made on the spot to suit your specific needs. Expect to work abs, arms, thighs and rear in each class.

Goals: Endurance, increased strength and flexibility, strong core, excellent muscle tone, and better control of body weight.
