Emphasis: All levels. Hatha Style.
Class Structure: Class begins with simple meditation followed by gently warming the muscles. From there we progress to various asanas (yoga postures) to stretch the muscles, align the body, build strength and balance, cooling down toward the end of class to more restful and restorative poses.
Goals: Find your breath, set your intention, let go of what weighs you down. Then move your body and free yourself of any physical tension or mental stress. Leave with a smile!
